    Kitchen remodeling can involve coordinated updates to the existing kitchen based on the homeowner's goals, plans, and approved project scope. The specific work is determined after reviewing the property and proposed renovation.

  • Do you provide full home renovations?

    Yes. Full Home Renovations are one of our primary services for homeowners planning coordinated improvements across multiple existing areas of their property.

  • Do you offer backyard remodeling?

    Yes. We take on select Backyard Remodeling projects based on the property's needs and proposed scope. Backyard remodeling is available as a secondary service alongside our primary interior remodeling work.

    You can contact us whether you already have plans or are still developing your ideas. If plans or designs are available, we can review them as part of the initial project discussion.

    Permit requirements depend on the specific work involved. During project planning, we can discuss applicable permitting considerations and account for required inspections within the approved project scope.

  • Do you offer financing for remodeling projects?

Construction, Completion & Service Areas

    We take steps to protect surrounding work areas before and during construction. Respecting the homeowner's property and maintaining care around the jobsite are important parts of our approach.

  • What happens during the remodeling process?

    After planning and applicable permitting, construction may progress through demolition, rough work, plumbing and electrical work, permitted work where applicable, inspections, build-out, finishes, and other tasks required by the approved scope.

  • What happens when construction is complete?

    We conduct a final walkthrough with the homeowner to review the completed work. Applicable remaining details are documented through a punch list and addressed before the project is considered finished.

  • What areas does R&T Pro Remodeling serve?

    We are based in Richmond and primarily serve the East Bay, including Richmond, Concord, Berkeley, Oakland, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Alamo, and San Ramon, along with select surrounding communities.
