A comprehensive renovation that brought together kitchen and bathroom remodeling, new flooring, drywall, lighting, and other improvements throughout this Pleasant Hill home.
From Demolition to a Move-In-Ready Transformation
Pleasant Hill Whole Home Renovation
A Complete Transformation From the Inside Out
This Pleasant Hill project involved a full home renovation, with our team completing the work from initial demolition through the move-in-ready finish. The project brought together improvements across the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other living areas to create a more complete transformation of the existing home.

The renovation included new insulation and drywall, flooring, plumbing, cabinetry, countertops, appliances, and electrical improvements. The kitchen layout was also changed, with a new electrical subpanel installed as part of the kitchen remodel.
Remodeling the Kitchen and Bathrooms
The kitchen was a major part of the overall renovation. Our team changed the existing layout and completed the applicable plumbing and electrical work before moving into drywall, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, and appliance installation.

The bathrooms were also remodeled as part of the project, allowing these spaces to be updated alongside the rest of the home as part of one coordinated renovation.
Solving a Challenging Lighting Installation
One of the project's main challenges involved adding recessed lighting throughout the home. The property had a vaulted ceiling without attic space and was built on a concrete slab without crawl-space access, making it difficult to run the necessary electrical wiring.

To create space for the wiring, the vaulted ceiling was built down approximately six inches. This solution provided room for the new electrical work while allowing new drywall to be installed over the existing wood ceiling for a cleaner, more modern finish.
With the additional space created, recessed lighting was installed throughout the home, including the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and other living areas.
